Cantuccini con vin santo

 

flour
2 eggs
almonds
little spoonful of honey
sugar
butter
vin santo

Cantucci Vin Santo

Add all ingredients in quantity at pleasure, but leave the almonds. Make a paste and roll it into long, vast strips. Put them in the oven on 200 degrees until they are halfly baked. Take it out and add the almonds. Cut the strips in smaller pieces. Put back in the oven for about a quarter. Let the cantucci biscuits harden for about three days. Serve with vin santo and dip the biscuits.
